When do I need a survey?

There are many instances when a survey may be needed. Surveys are generally commissioned before buying, selling, dividing, improving, or building on land. 

How do I order a survey?

• If you are ordering a survey for property which you already own, or are buying, please fill out the form under the Contact Tab at the top of this page, or call/ text us at (361) 550-6129.
• If you are using a real estate agent, attorney, lender, and/ or title company, please ask them to contact us. 

How much does a survey cost?

The total cost of a survey is based on hourly rates and cost of supplies. We will provide an estimated price range, based on details provided on the scope of the project, the available records, and the condition of the property.

How do I pay for my survey?

If there is to be a title company or closing at attorney's office, the survey fee is usually paid at the time of closing, and they will send payment to us.
If there is no closing involved, we will send an invoice either through email or mail to you directly. ​
